About Phoenix Flats

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and dining area.
The living room has a colour TV with remote control, DVD, video player and a CD player.  A selection of books, games, DVD’s and videos are available to keep everyone happy.
Bedrooms are comfortable, one double room and one with a single guest bed which can be created into either a double or twin beds. 
The bright and fresh bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Heating is electric storage.  All electricity is included in the price of your stay.
The flat is cleaned thoroughly between guests and is a strictly no smoking, no pet property.  Entry is from 3pm on Saturday, departure by 10am on Saturday.
We aim to provide a home from home.

The cost of your stay includes electricity, bed linen and towels.

The tenant is responsible for any damage and breakages during the stay.
