About Phoenix Flats
The flat is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has its own private decking area to the rear of the property. The perfect place to relax and round of a busy day of sightseeing, hill walking or cycling with a glass of chilled wine or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.
The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and dining area for 4 people. The well equipped kitchen gives you the option to enjoy a romantic meal in, in the comfortable surroundings of the flat.
The living room is bright and spacious and has a Sky TV, DVD, video player,CD player and an i-pod docking station. A selection of books, games, DVD’s and videos are also available to keep everyone happy.
Bedrooms are comfortable and bright. There is one double room and one twin room each have drawer and wardrobe storage space.
The warm cosy bathroom has an electric shower and large shower enclosure, ensuring plenty hot water for everyone.
We aim to provide a home from home.
Heating is electric storage, with panel heaters in the bedrooms and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. All electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay.
The flat is cleaned thoroughly between guests and is a strictly no smoking, no pet property.
To Make Your Holiday Extra Special
For an extra fee breakfast can be provided at a local guest house and a mid week clean can be provided making your stay even more enjoyable.
Our Aim
We aim to provide holiday accommodation with a home from home feel at a high standard. The tenant is responsible for any damage and breakages during the stay. Entry is from 3pm on Saturday, departure by 10am on Saturday.
